She updates the product roadmap in Microsoft Project. Anna records a quick video summary of the changes to share with the team.

Anna joins the daily stand-up meeting via Microsoft Teams with the development team to discuss progress, address any blockers, and align on the goals for the day. There is a specific bug she has screen captured using the record tools on the Clipchamp homepage. She shares the clip with her team because it needs triage and attention. The squad tech lead agrees to review and circle back by noon. She records the meeting highlights for team members who couldn’t attend, allowing them to find and watch the video asynchronously from the Clipchamp homepage.

Anna analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clipchamp using Power BI, including user engagement, feature adoption, and revenue metrics. A specific new feature engagement is lagging. She has a clip from a user interview from the past Friday that she wants to extract and share with the team. She uses Clipchamp to find in the transcript where the user was giving feedback on the feature and then adds a recording of her data analysis.

She uses Microsoft Bing to study competitors’ products and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. There is a specific new capability that is more quickly shown than explained. Anna uses Clipchamp to capture a video to share with the Product and Marketing teams async via their Teams chat.

Anna circles back to her To Do list and recalls an email from an enterprise customer who’s been testing an early feature but has hit a road block. Anna knows the answer is missing from help articles and can update many parties at once by recording a video walkthrough of the answer. She sends the video to the customer but also copies the support and help article team to see the content makes it into help material for other users.

2:00 pm

Anna reviews a video made with Clipchamp by a designer on her team that explains the latest designs for a new feature and demonstrates the prototype. She makes comments on the shared video with feedback for the designer to review later.

3:00 pm

Anna heads back to the product roadmap in Microsoft Project to reflect any changes in priorities or new insights gained from the day’s activities. She creates a Clipchamp video to communicate roadmap updates to the team asynchronously. She documents key decisions, meeting notes, and action items in Loop to keep all stakeholders informed.
